Position: Customer Support Executive.

Job Requirements:

✔ Must have excellent English communication skills
✔ Only North American/neutral accents accepted
✔ Candidates have to make outbound calls to the USA and Canada.
✔ Required agents will work NIGHT SHIFT (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM: 8 working hours and 1-hour break).
✔ Projects for US and Canadian markets.
✔ Apply only if you are a fluent English speaker.

Educational Requirements:
✔ O’Level, A’Level, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Skills Required:
✔ Excellent English communication skills over the phone.

Location:
✔ Bashundhara R/A (Dhaka)

✔ Basic computer knowledge.
✔ English medium background will be given priority.
